What program you used to create this?

all my artworks are made on Adobe Flash CS4, you can get Adobe Illustrator Cs4, its the same as flash but with more components of Photoshop.

They censored her boobs in the anime, i don't read the manga, but it was already out and i was bored and her boobs werent censored like they are in the anim, it blows, but good pic
